Should work the same as the app on the 360 and other devices Netflix has their app. The app will ask for your Netflix sign-in info on first launch and should have options to change the account. If you had a 360 you credentials saved for the 360 may transfer over. If that is not the account you want you should be able to change it.

Sign in to your Microsoft account using your current password. If you forgot your password, either select Forgot my password and follow the steps.
