19th Annual Meeting of the International Alliance of ALS
The International Alliance of ALS-MND Associations was established in 1992 as a global community for individual Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease communities and organizations throughout the world. The 19th annual meeting of the International Alliance of ALS/MND organizations took place this week in Sydney, Australia. The Alliance chairman, Gudjon Sigurdsson, an ALS patient from Iceland, presided with the assistance of his daughter, Arrny Guðjónsdóttir. The meeting was hosted by the MND Association of Australia. The International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations was founded in 1992 to provide an international community for individual ALS/MND associations from around the world. The International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations’ Scientific Advisory Council.
