If your remote fails to connect to the camera is it also possible that the remote is out of battery. To change the remote's battery, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws on the back of the remote. It is the only connection that happens to me. The thing is that the internet still works really, otherwise there would remain active VPN connection not let me in to the server.
