Jun 06, 2010 · I am trying to load a Norton 360 v 4 and I cannot get to the updates and activation page. Tells me the server is unavailable and to check my internet connection. Seems like I have a Google redirect problem going on as well. Sorry I am new here.

I have an ISP modem connected to my Asus routerI have a feeling that it has SOMEthing to do with a thing called Double NAT. I'm not sure if there is a way around thisif at all possible. Thanks~! Either complete the installation process, or, restart the computer and try to connect it again. But it would be great if i could update the bios directly from the ASUS update software - what could be wrong? All it does is write: Connecting to server, Please wait Nothing ever happens. I can see that it tries to connect to ftp.asus.com.tw - should I change this? I live in Europe, Im on a Maximus V Gene. Still stuck with windows update installation try other solutions below. Restart the Windows Update Service. This may have been caused by the Windows Update services being Stopped.

Jul 19, 2013 · I have Live in Alaska and on my Vivo Tab 810C the Asus live update used to search and say no new updates until about three to four weeks ago. It now says it can't find update server. Some other times it just won't open or even display an error, just nothing happens. I really like Asus products but it seems like their support is unbelievably bad.
Jan 09, 2012 · That is also the reason Live Update didn't install, BTW.ASUS program installers looks for model identifying information that is included in the ATK package. But as previously advised, Asus Live Update is bad software anyway. Just get your drivers directly from your model's product page or the thread referenced below.
After firmware upgrade on Asus RT-N66U, the browser hitting with the error message below, didn’t allow me to log into Asus RT-N66U router again.
